Braydon Green – General Psychologist

As a client-focused psychologist, Braydon is passionate about supporting individuals to better understand themselves, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives. Braydon works with adolescents and adults across a wide range of presentations, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions.

Braydon’s therapeutic style is collaborative and person-centered. He draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and elements of Schema Therapy, depending on your unique goals and preferences. With a strong focus on building trust and safety in the therapeutic relationship, he aims to create a non-judgmental space where clients can explore their challenges and feel genuinely heard.

Braydon has a particular interest in neurodiversity and supporting individuals who may feel misunderstood or overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life. Whether you’re seeking strategies to better manage stress, building more meaningful relationships, or exploring your identity, Braydon works at your pace to help you move toward greater self-awareness and well-being.
