Dillan Fourie

Psychologist

Dillan Fourie is a Psychologist with 7 years of experience as a clinician. He holds a Master of Psychotherapy and a Master of Professional Psychology.

His extensive work experience includes roles in prisons, drug and alcohol rehabilitation centres, behavioural change programs, crisis centres, employment services, and the disability sector. Dillan’s primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), often incorporating elements of Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Schema Therapy.

Dillan’s clinical focus centres on Personality Disorders and Neurodivergence, particularly ADHD and OCD. However, he enjoys working with a diverse range of clients and welcomes all presentations and problems in his practice.

On a personal level, Dillan is described as gentle, patient, and deeply committed to providing care for his clients. He finds fulfilment in his role as a caregiver but also engages in various interests such as composing music, practicing jiu-jitsu, and painting. Dillan is known for being transparent, engaging, and passionate, demonstrating his dedication to diagnosing, assessing, and treating mental health issues with enthusiasm and expertise.
