Dylan holds a Master of Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) from the Australian Catholic University.

With a commitment to evidence-based practices, Dylan brings a flexible approach to his sessions, emphasising the importance of genuine connection and rapport to facilitate meaningful change. He integrates regular psychometric assessments to assess symptoms and functioning effectively. Grounded in attachment theory, schema therapy, and cognitive-behavioural methods, Dylan’s approach is comprehensive and tailored to each individual’s needs.

Dylan is also trained in Cognitive-Processing Therapy, a structured and evidence-based approach to treating trauma. He believes in a collaborative approach, working closely with clients to achieve their personal goals. Utilising evidence-based feedback informed treatment, Dylan ensures real-time feedback on progress and continuously evaluates the client-practitioner relationship for optimal outcomes.
