Rachel Grace

Provisional Psychologist – BPsychSc(Hons)

Rachel is a provisional psychologist with an honours degree in Psychological Science. She is currently in the final year of her internship, working towards general registration as a psychologist. Rachel has experience working with a diverse range of individuals in disability and forensic settings.

Her approach is client-centered, with an emphasis on creating a safe, non-judgmental space. Rachel prioritizes building a warm and genuine therapeutic rapport with her clients, ensuring that interventions are collaborative and tailored to each individual’s needs. Her primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), incorporating elements of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Rachel is also interested in conducting a variety of psychological assessments to better understand each individual’s needs. She is passionate about facilitating interventions with adolescents but also enjoys supporting individuals of all ages and backgrounds in addressing their concerns within a safe and empathetic space.
